Saying this the day after the death toll of the Bangladesh factory disaster topped 700 is remarkably poor timing.

And anyway, wasn’t the Native American genocide an effort to expand capitalism westwards? And what about Pinochet and Suharto? The Contras? They were all capitalist. Pinochet was repeatedly praised by the Chicago School of Economics for his free market policies while leading a brutal dictatorship.
